I give real ratings. 3 being "Okay" 5 being "The best ever".
My daughter wanted it, as I got a different cheap one from Amazon. Similar design, but different in a few key ways. A couple of little issues. The wood bar creaked and bent a bit when I sat in it. I am well enough under the 300lbs. And it is smaller than mine as far as how much of your body can be supported. Mine is mesh, and I can stretch my whole body out and kinda lounge fully supported. I also don't like the hanging bracket for it. Mine can rotate fully, hers wants to, but gets twisted. :-(
So, your chair is not bad. It just isn't great either.
Super comfortable and fits well on the existing stand we have. Its great to take a nap in and the two pillows are awesome along with the pocket.
We bought two of these chairs to hang up in our "library" and we love them. They provide seating options without taking up wall or floor space, so the room doesn't look cluttered. And they are cozy and fun to sit in. The included hanging kit provided everything we needed to hang them. So glad we bough these chairs.
I had some issues, and sent a email on Sunday expecting a reply on Monday. Rachelle emailed me back about an hour or so later, I wasn’t expecting a response on a Sunday! When it came I was so excited and I am happy to say I wasn't disappointed. As a tall person (5'11) I was a little worried I might not be as comfortable in it but it fits me and my room perfectly! I did have a small problem with the metal surrounding the knot but it was very quickly handled when I went to customer service. I really recommend this product!
