We bought two of these chairs to hang up in our "library" and we love them. They provide seating options without taking up wall or floor space, so the room doesn't look cluttered. And they are cozy and fun to sit in. The included hanging kit provided everything we needed to hang them. So glad we bough these chairs.
I had some issues, and sent a email on Sunday expecting a reply on Monday. Rachelle emailed me back about an hour or so later, I wasn’t expecting a response on a Sunday! Being a small business owner myself, I know how hard it is to switch off. Rachelle you went far beyond anyone’s expectations. Well done!

When it came I was so excited and I am happy to say I wasn't disappointed. As a tall person (5'11) I was a little worried I might not be as comfortable in it but it fits me and my room perfectly! I did have a small problem with the metal surrounding the knot but it was very quickly handled when I went to customer service. I really recommend this product!
